PQ's story starts like so many tales of entrepreneurial adventure do – as a spark of a dream, an idea on a napkin. In the very early days, PQ was one man working from his garage, filling bottles of suntan lotion one-by-one for a local company. That man knew something his competitors didn't: determination breeds success. Soon, one order became five, then five turned to 10 and so on.
More than 15 years later, PQ is a multi-million dollar operation with two locations capable of producing more than 60 million units a year. We're a fully licensed over-the-counter (OTC) drug manufacturer with over 100 employees and count all of the top drug store chains as customers.
And that man? His name is
John Regan, our CEO, and he still drives every aspect of the business with the same determination he did all those years ago.
