John Regan, CEO
A long-time industry veteran and expert in manufacturing efficiencies, John founded Product Quest in 1996 with the goal of building a premier contract manufacturing company for the suncare industry. Since that time, the company has expanded into one of the health and beauty aid industry's leading private label and contract manufacturing firms, with over 100 employees and double-digit growth in sales. John has more than 31 years experience in managing manufacturing companies and launched his career with Hawaiian Tropic in Daytona Beach, FL.
Todd Kwait, President
A practicing attorney with retail law experience, Todd has more than 20 years of experience in the health and beauty aid business. In addition to his leadership on the PQ executive team, he is Chairman of The Retail Advisory Board of the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) and is a member of the Business Development and International Affairs Committees of the Consumer Products Health Care Association (CHPA), a trade association serving manufacturers of over the counter drug products with members including Johnson & Johnson, Bayer, Procter & Gamble. When he's not bringing the next big thing to the retail market, Todd turns his attention to his passion for movies and music. He is the producer of 'Chasin' Gus' Ghost, a documentary about the history of jug band music.
Bill Jennings, CFO
Bill joined Product Quest in 2007 with over 20 years of industry and international finance experience. Previously, he was chief financial officer for Hawaiian Tropic in Daytona Beach, FL. During his tenure at Hawaiian Tropic, Bill helped transform the company from a domestic distributor-driven sun and skin care manufacturer to a multinational corporation with direct-to-retailer distribution in over 80 countries. He also was intimately involved in Hawaiian Tropic's development of its private label division. A certified public accountant, Bill holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Stetson University.
Rick Webb, Executive Vice President
Rick came to Product Quest in 2004 with over 30 years of experience in the private label and suncare industries. He is the former director of Alpha To Omega Contract Packaging, the private label division of Hawaiian Tropic in Daytona Beach, FL. At the helm of ATO, Rick guided its development and growth into a $15 million operation and leading supplier of private label suncare. He holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Stetson University.
